Connecticut's Maple Cookbook

The Maple Cookbook

The Maple Cookbook is a way to honor the long history of maple syrup production in Connecticut – a history that began at least as long ago as Native American’s discovering maple syrup in the 16th century.  This time honored tradition has been carried down through the centuries to past and present Connecticut maple syrup producers who tap the maple trees, gather the sap and spend many hours boiling the sap into maple syrup, working tirelessly from February until April to provide us with the perfect natural sweetener.  We would like to thank the Maple Syrup Producers Association of Connecticut for putting together such a wonderful cookbook filled with delicious recipes.  Please click HERE for more information on purchasing The Maple Cookbook
